Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years HR compliance/employee relations experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with employment laws.
• Ability to conduct sensitive investigations and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and participate in all phases of local HR investigations.
• Oversee case management in ServiceNow and Navex systems.
• Provide policy interpretations to managers on discipline and termination procedures.
• Collaborate with Legal/ Labor Relations/ HRBPs to resolve complex ER issues.
