Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an Employee Relations Partner to provide tactical HR guidance to managers and employees. The role conducts investigations, interprets policies, and collaborates with Legal, Labor Relations, and COEs to mitigate risk while ensuring compliance.

The position supports operations with data-driven insight into employee relations trends and offers guidance to minimize legal exposure. Occasional travel within the region is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, organizational management, law, or 4+ years of related experience.
• 5+ years in HR compliance, HR generalist, or employee relations.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and oversee all phases of local HR investigations with neutral, timely execution.
• Provide policy interpretation on conflict resolutions, discipline, and termination.
• Collaborate with Operational Management, HRBPs, Labor Relations, Legal teams.
• Deliver high-quality HR support including performance management and compliance.
