Ryder System, Inc. in Concord, NH seeks an Employee Relations Partner to provide tactical ER consultation to managers and employees, conduct investigations, advise on disciplinary actions and termination, and ensure compliance with policies and laws.

The role analyzes data to spot ER trends, supports HRBPs and legal teams, and partners with operations to reduce risk. Travel within the region may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, organizational management, law or equivalent; or 4 years of related experience.
• Five or more years in HR compliance, generalist, or employee relations.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (Advanced Excel/PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Aufgaben

• Conduct and participate in all phases of HR investigations, developing investigation plans and ensuring timely, neutral investigations.
• Provide policy interpretation to supervisors on conflict resolution, discipline, and termination procedures.
• Partner with Operations/Legal/ Labor Relations to create solutions in complex ER situations.
• Support high‑quality HR operations including performance management, legal compliance risk mitigation, and union contract provisions where applicable.
