Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in human resources, organizational management, law or equivalent.
• 5+ years in HR compliance, HR generalist or employee relations.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of employment laws.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and participate in local HR investigations with plans and timely execution.
• Provide supervisors with policy interpretation regarding conflict resolutions and disciplinary actions.
• Partner with Labor Relations/Legal/COEs to resolve complex ER situations.
• Ensure high-quality HR support including performance management and compliance.
