Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks an Employee Relations Partner to provide ER guidance to managers and employees, conduct investigations, and ensure compliant resolution. You will work with Operational Management and HR Business Partners to address trends and mitigate risk.

The role analyzes ER data, supports union clauses, and maintains confidentiality in a fast-paced environment. Travel to sites within the region is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field or 4 extra years of experience.
• 5+ years of HR compliance, generalist, or employee relations experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Conduct local HR investigations with neutral, timely processes.
• Provide policy interpretation on conflict resolutions and discipline.
• Collaborate with Legal, Labor Relations, and HRBPs on complex ER cases.
• Support performance management and compliance with unions where applicable.
