Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking an HR Operations Specialist in San Jose, CA. The role focuses on system expertise, compliance, and accurate processing before payroll, legal, and employee records.

You will handle complex Workday transactions and assist with HR processes across benefits, leave, and data integrity. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in HR operations, strong Workday HCM experience, and a detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, HRIS, or HR coordinator roles
• Strong Workday HCM experience - transaction processing, data entry, and reporting
• Demonstrated knowledge of leave administration, payroll processes, and benefits operations
• Working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, COBRA, and state leave laws
• High attention to detail with ability to manage multiple cases accurately
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsabilités

• Process payroll, benefits, and leave transactions with accuracy and compliance
• Handle Workday transactions including hires, terminations, transfers, and compensation changes
• Audit transactions for accuracy and prevent downstream payroll impact
• Manage Workday inbox and ServiceNow queue for complex cases
• Support ER documentation, investigations, and compliance with deadlines
• Administer vendor, contingent worker, and total rewards programs
• Deliver HR-related training and track training compliance
