Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager to support field operations across multiple regions. The role emphasizes proactive and reactive strategies, collaboration with managers and HR, and bold crisis response under time pressure.

Travel up to 50% domestically is required, with relocation options as needed. The ERM will shape programs to ensure fair treatment, monitor metrics, and deliver training that reinforces company values while handling network-wide

Qualifications

• 7+ years of employee relations, labor relations, or labor/employment law experience.
• Experience analyzing and using metrics to identify improvements in employee relations.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Detect and Mitigate Risks: apply employee relations expertise to identify trends, gaps, and challenges; implement solution-focused strategies and programs.
• Crisis Management: react to crises on tight timelines with sound judgment.
• Project Management: own large-scale, network-wide projects delivered on time.
• Analyze and Interpret Data: use data and anecdotes to develop persuasive narratives and recommendations; measure success of programs.
• Communicate Effectively: craft high-quality written communications and deliver engaging training sessions.
• Collaborate: build relationships with stakeholders to influence change.
• Problem Solve: work independently in ambiguous situations and overcome barriers to drive resolutions.
• Work at Scale: launch and manage mechanisms for entire networks.
