Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of employee or labor relations experience.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, SharePoint and PowerPoint.
• Experience supporting large hourly workforces.
• Experience analyzing metrics to identify improvements in employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Identify trends, gaps, and challenges in employee relations and implement solution-driven programs.
• Lead crisis management and reactive issue resolution under time pressure.
• Own large-scale, network-wide projects with on-time delivery.
• Analyze data and develop persuasive narratives and recommendations.
• Design and deliver engaging training to drive best practices and positive engagement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to influence change and improve frontline experiences.
