Job summary

RESPEC seeks a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Ft. Myers, FL or other locations. The HRBP partners with leaders to align HR strategy with business goals and leads employee-life-cycle initiatives.

The role requires building relationships, driving engagement, coaching leaders, and managing workforce planning and organizational design while traveling as needed. A relevant degree and HR experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of broad-based HR experience with progressive HRBP responsibilities
• Strong partnering skills with senior leaders and coaching capability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data tools

Responsibilities

• Provide HR partnership and build strong relationships with leaders and employees
• Improve engagement, productivity, and retention through effective HR programs
• Conduct investigations and ensure compliant employee relations practices
• Lead workforce planning and organizational design initiatives
• Train managers on performance management and development
