Job summary

RESPEC is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support multiple U.S. locations including Ft. Myers, FL and Tampa, FL. The HRBP partners with leaders to align HR strategy with business objectives, enhances workforce planning, and drives engagement across the organization.

Ideal candidates will have 5–10 years of HRBP experience, a relevant degree, and preferred SHRM/HRCI credentials. The role requires travel and requires a valid driver's license for business-related travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field (HR, business, organizational development).
• 5–10 years of broad-based HR experience with HRBP exposure and senior leader coaching.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP or HRCI certifications are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR partnership and guidance to leaders and employees on strategic and tactical issues.
• Improve work relationships, engagement, productivity, and retention across markets.
• Manage employee relations, investigations, and workforce planning.
• Train managers on performance management, career development, and HR processes.
• Lead strategic HR projects, change management, and program implementations.
