Job summary

RESPEC seeks a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in one of the following locations: Ft. Myers, FL, Tampa, FL, Richardson, TX, San Antonio, TX, Colorado Springs, CO, or Denver, CO.

The HRBP partners with leadership to align HR with business strategy and drives workforce planning and engagement across market sectors. The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of broad HR experience and a strong track record of coaching senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Development) from an accredited institution

Responsibilities

• Provide HR partnership and build and maintain effective working relationships with leaders and employees to provide guidance on a variety of HR and business-related issues on strategic and tactical levels
