Job summary

RESPEC seeks a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in one of the following locations: Ft. Myers, FL, Tampa, FL, Richardson, TX, San Antonio, TX, Colorado Springs, CO, or Denver, CO.

The HRBP partners with leaders to align HR and business strategy in a fast-paced environment. The HRBP drives workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, and coaching across market sectors, with opportunities for travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in a related field from an accredited institution
• 5-10 years of broad-based HR experience with progressive HRBP experience, advising, coaching, and partnering with senior leaders
• Proficient in a variety of computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to thrive in a multi-software system with some manual processes
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or HRCI certification preferred (strongly preferred, not required)

Responsibilities

• Provide HR partnership and build effective relationships with leaders and employees across strategic and tactical levels
• Improve work relationships, engagement, productivity and retention
• Manage and resolve employee relations issues
• Conduct investigations
• Participate in market sector meetings and reviews
• Provide counsel on workforce planning and organizational design
• Train managers on performance management, development, and relations
• Lead initiatives for HR processes and change management
• Travel as needed for meetings and operational needs
