RESPEC seeks a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in one of several locations, including San Antonio, TX. The HRBP partners with leaders to align HR strategy with business objectives, drives employee engagement, and oversees employee relations and workforce planning across market sectors.

The role requires 5–10 years of HR experience, including HRBP responsibilities, and the ability to influence senior leaders.

Formación

• 5-10 years of broad-based HR experience with progressive HRBP experience providing advice, counsel, and coaching to senior leaders
• Strong evidence of influencing leadership and driving business partnerships to achieve objectives
• Proficient in MS Office and multiple HR systems

Responsabilidades

• Provide HR partnership and build relationships with leaders and employees on strategic and tactical issues
• Improve work relationships, engagement, productivity and retention
• Manage employee relations issues and conduct objective investigations
• Drive workforce planning and organizational design initiatives
• Train managers on performance management, talent development, and employee relations
• Lead strategic HR projects and change management initiatives
• Travel to market sector meetings as needed, maintain valid driver's license
