Job summary

RESPEC seeks a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Richardson, TX or other locations. The HRBP partners with market leaders to align HR strategy with business goals, supports employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning, and leads organizational change initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of HR experience, a related degree, and strong business judgment.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of HR experience with HRBP focus advising senior leaders.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; able to navigate multiple software systems.
• Strong integrity and mature business judgment.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR partnership and build relationships with leaders and employees to guide HR and business issues.
• Work with management and employees to improve relationships, engagement, productivity and retention.
• Manage and resolve employee relations issues.
• Conduct effective investigations.
• Participate in market sector meetings and business reviews; lead teambuilding.
• Provide counsel and drive workforce planning and organizational design.
