Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support the Sales and Customer Service OEM team in Boise, ID.

The role focuses on delivering world-class service, accurate order processing, pricing and contract negotiation, and maintaining customer specifications. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of customer service experience, an Associate degree or related business experience, and strong writing and communication skills.

Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories seeks a Customer Service Representative to support our Sales and Customer Service OEM team. We are looking for a values-driven, positive, and motivated professional who embodies strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills and will strive to provide excellent service to our customers.

As a Customer Service Representative, a typical day might include the following:

• Providing world-class customer care to both internal and external customers.
• Engaging in regional customer support activities, including accurate entry of orders & quotes, RMA's, pricing negotiation, contract negotiation, and creation/maintenance of customer unique specifications.
• Communicating with customers and sales representatives on deliverables and any additional customer service issues with some work direction from supervisor and peers.
• Complete and pass required Customer Service Representative process certifications provided by SEL.
• Using judgment skills, prior experience, and company policies and procedures to resolve standard and in-region problems.
• Assisting with customer feedback tracking and driving to customer satisfaction.

Pay Range Data $28.00 - $43.00 per hour. We base our starting pay offer and title on job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills.
