The role focuses on delivering world-class service, accurate order processing, pricing and contract negotiation, and maintaining customer specifications. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of customer service experience, an Associate degree or related business experience, and strong writing and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong writing, proofreading, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to learn product concepts and technical details.
• Experience with ERP or CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer care to internal and external customers.
• Enter orders, quotes, RMAs, pricing, contracts, and maintain customer specifications.
• Communicate deliverables and any issues with sales representatives and customers.
• Complete required CSR process certifications and follow company policies.
