Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories, Inc. in Lakewood, CO is seeking an Account Coordinator to support our Sales and Customer Service team in the South Central region. You will deliver world-class service, process orders, quotes, RMAs, pricing, and contract terms with attention to detail.

This role requires at least 1 year in customer service, strong writing and communication skills, ERP/CRM experience, and willingness to travel up to 10%. A associate degree is expected, bachelor’s preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or related business experience required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing world-class customer care to both internal and external customers.
• Engaging in regional customer support activities, including accurate entry of orders & quotes, RMAs, pricing negotiation, contract negotiation, and creation/maintenance of customer unique specifications.
• Communicating with customers and sales representatives on deliverables and any additional customer service issues.
• Completing and passing required Customer Service Representative process certifications.
• Using judgment and company policies to resolve standard problems.
• Assisting with customer feedback tracking and driving to customer satisfaction.
• Order office supplies, coordinate internal and customer meetings, and provide administrative/office support.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing world-class customer care to both internal and external customers.
• Engaging in regional customer support activities, including accurate entry of orders & quotes, RMA's, pricing negotiation, contract negotiation, and creation/maintenance of customer unique specifications.
• Communicating with customers and sales representatives on deliverables and any additional customer service issues with some work direction from supervisor and peers.
• Completing and passing required Customer Service Representative process certifications provided by SEL.
• Using judgment skills, prior experience, and company policies and procedures to resolve standard and in-region problems.
• Assisting with customer feedback tracking and driving to customer satisfaction.
• Order office supplies, coordinate internal and customer meetings, and provide administrative/office support as needed.

• Experience with ERP or CRM tools.
• Experience in a technical sales environment.

Pay Range

Pay Range Data We anticipate filling this position as a Customer Service Representative at $28.00 - $43.00 per hour. Our salary ranges are determined by job and responsibility. We base our starting pay offer and title on job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills.
