Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc in Charlotte, NC is hiring a Project Manager I to oversee projects from planning through completion, delivering client satisfaction on small to medium projects. Travel up to 25% is expected as part of the role.

You will coordinate with Senior PMs, prepare estimates, manage change orders, track costs, and ensure safety and quality on active construction sites. Rosendin offers ESOP, 401(k), annual bonus, generous PTO and health benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize a project under the direction of a Senior PM.
• Supervise project activities, assign tasks, and ensure policy compliance.
• Prepare complete project estimates with plans and bids.
• Establish objectives, procedures, and performance standards.
• Supervise change orders and negotiate quotations.
• Monitor on-site construction to meet schedule and budget.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and manage contract finances.
