Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager I for its Richmond, VA area. You will oversee projects from planning through completion, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to schedule and budget.

The role requires collaboration with Senior PMs, preparation of estimates, and management of change orders. On-site work with travel up to 25% is expected on active construction sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in construction-related field is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of construction project management experience.
• Experience supervising on-site activities and coordinating multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize projects under Senior PM direction.
• Supervise project activities and assign tasks to Assistant PMs.
• Prepare complete estimates from plans and specs; manage change orders.
