Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction industry in a Project Management role.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with field teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize a project under supervision.
• Supervise project activities and assign tasks to Assistant PMs.
• Prepare complete estimates, change orders, and cost reports.
