DriveTime Family of Brands in the United States is hiring an HR Coordinator (Employee Experience Operations Coordinator) to support employees and new hires by managing core HR processes such as background checks, I‑9 verification, and responding to HR inquiries.

You will facilitate pre-boarding, ensure I‑9/E‑Verify compliance, coordinate background checks, and provide guidance on HR policies using platforms like Workday and Vivianto, delivering friendly, timely service.

Qualifications

• Background checks, I-9 verification and HR inquiries handling.
• Experience with Workday and E-Verify preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate pre-boarding with proactive email/phone communications.
• Manage I-9 and E-Verify compliance and record-keeping.
• Coordinate background checks and review results for compliance.
• Guide employees on HR processes using Workday and Vivianto.
• Deliver prompt, accurate assistance to HR inquiries.
• Foster teamwork to improve the employee experience.
• Perform additional duties to support HR needs.
