DriveTime Family of Brands in the United States is hiring an HR Coordinator (Employee Experience Operations Coordinator) to support employees and new hires by managing core HR processes such as background checks, I‑9 verification, and responding to HR inquiries.

You will facilitate pre-boarding, ensure I‑9/E‑Verify compliance, coordinate background checks, and provide guidance on HR policies using platforms like Workday and Vivianto, delivering friendly, timely service.

Job Summary

That’s Nice, But What’s the Job? In short, as a HR Coordinator (Employee Experience Operations Coordinator), you will be an integral part of the Employee Experience team by supporting employees and new hires by managing key HR processes such as background checks, I‑9 verification, and responding to HR inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitating the pre-boarding process to ensure all new hires have a seamless transition into the company through proactive communication via email and phone, ensuring all checks meet company guidelines.
• Managing I‑9 and E‑Verify compliance, including completion, reverification, and maintaining accurate records in accordance with federal requirements.
• Coordinating the background check process and reviewing results to ensure compliance with internal guidelines.
• Providing guidance and support to employees on HR processes, policies and procedures and questions using platforms such as Vivianto and Workday.
• Delivering exceptional customer service by offering prompt, accurate follow-up and resolving employee inquiries in a timely manner.
• Foster teamwork by partnering with peers within the organization to improve processes and deliver a consistent employee experience.
• Performing additional duties as assigned to support the HR team and organizational needs.

• Organization and time management skills in spades. You’ll be handling multiple projects and deadlines that will require you to prioritize then re-prioritize… then… re-prioritize again.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to talk and write with confidence, charisma and competence for a wide variety of audiences including management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field Preferred.
• 1-3 years of professional experience in area(s) such in: Human Resources, Employee Relations, Onboarding, Training, or Leadership/Coaching.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, Access, Word, etc.).
• Experience working in Human Resources systems like Workday and/or E-Verify preferred.
