Job summary

SpartanNash, a food solutions company, seeks an Associate Engagement Coordinator in Omaha to drive the employment life cycle for the assigned store. You will support hiring, onboarding, training, safety, and communications, ensuring a people-first culture.

You will manage recruiting in Workday, coordinate interviews with leadership, and own store engagement programs. Strong communication, confidentiality, and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills and customer service abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of HR principles; experience with HRIS/HRMS preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process in Workday.
• Post jobs, conduct interviews, coordinate final interviews with store leadership.
• Complete job offers and onboarding in Workday.
• Set up and conduct store orientations as needed.
• Partner with local HR Business Partner to post hiring events or resources.
• Oversee first 90 days of employment and monitor retention.
