Acrisure is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Executive in Alabama to support client retention and growth, delivering high-quality service and applying knowledge of benefits solutions. The role collaborates with Senior Account Executives and Account Managers to ensure seamless service and renewal success.

You will coordinate carrier communications, analyze financial data, and help craft renewal strategies while staying abreast of industry trends and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing client relationships in Employee Benefits for mid-large groups.
• Knowledge of benefits regulations and compliance with ongoing development.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to perform customized financial analyses and interpret data.
• Strong verbal and written communication across all levels.
• Detail-oriented and highly analytical.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow client relationships, directing benefit strategy and service standards.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and internal teams to support clients.
• Maintain vendor and carrier relationships and renewal processes.
• Lead renewal strategy and cost-containment discussions with the team.
• Coordinate open enrollment and communications, including wellness programs.
• Stay current on industry trends and compliance obligations for clients.
• Participate in funding discussions with data analytics support.
