Acrisure is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manager to join our growing team. This role focuses on strategic consultation, relationship management, and leveraging technology to enhance client outcomes for small group employee benefits.

You will manage client portfolios, handle renewals, and collaborate with carriers to deliver tailored benefit solutions while driving retention and cross-sell opportunities through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day communications and fostering strong relationships.
• Provide strategic recommendations and data-driven solutions; coordinate annual enrollment support.
• Maintain data accuracy in Agency Management System and related tools.
• Drive retention and growth by leveraging data-driven engagement and cross-sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing, HR, Compliance and partners to enhance service delivery.
• Guide clients through plan designs, renewals, and vendor selections using technology-enabled processes.
