Acrisure is seeking an Account Executive to join our team to manage and grow a portfolio of Employee Benefit clients. You will collaborate with a Client Advisor to acquire and retain clients and execute the Total Client Sales Process.

Your role includes presenting tailored insurance solutions and acting as the primary contact for client needs. The ideal candidate demonstrates a proven track record in insurance sales, excellent communication, and a consultative approach to develop long-term

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 5+ years Employee Benefit insurance experience recommended.
• Proven ability to lead client projects and manage a portfolio.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with clients and carriers.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of Employee Benefit clients with precision and professionalism.
• Collaborate with Client Advisor to acquire and retain clients and execute the Total Client Sales Process.
• Develop action plans to reach client goals and propose upgrades to grow the portfolio.
• Negotiate terms with underwriters and carriers and prepare proposals.
• Provide exceptional service and resolve complex issues for insureds.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
