This role emphasizes relationship development, data-driven recommendations, cross-selling opportunities, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver tailored benefit solutions and ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• Holds applicable Health and Life Insurance state license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management or related role.
• Proven experience in managing client relationships and achieving retention targets.

Responsibilities
