Job summary

Acrisure, a global Fintech leader, seeks an Employee Benefits Account Executive in Wisconsin to support client retention and growth by applying knowledge of employee benefits and assisting with sales and renewals. You will partner with Senior Account Executives and Account Managers as the day-to-day client contact, coordinating service needs and carrier communications.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage client relationships and renewals.
• Understanding of employee benefits regulations and compliance.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Capable of performing customized financial analysis and presenting insights.
• Clear verbal and written communication across all levels.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute benefit renewal strategies with the team.
• Coordinate with Account Managers and internal teams.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and carriers.
• Present renewal details and drive cost containment.
• Oversee Open Enrollment timelines and client expectations.
• Identify opportunities for additional services.
• Support on-site collaboration and cross-functional partnerships.
