Acrisure is seeking an Account Executive to manage and grow a portfolio of Employee Benefit clients in Ohio. You will collaborate with a Client Advisor to acquire and retain clients, execute the Total Client Sales Process, and present tailored insurance and fintech solutions.

The role emphasizes proactive client management, cross-selling, and delivering superior service. You should have a proven sales record in Employee Benefits, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Employee Benefit insurance is required.
• Proven ability to build relationships and grow a portfolio of clients.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of Employee Benefit clients.
• Collaborate with Client Advisor to acquire and retain clients.
• Develop action plans to reach client goals and identify upgrades.
• Negotiate terms with underwriters and carriers and prepare proposals.
• Provide exceptional service and resolve client issues effectively.
