Job summary

USI Insurance Services offers an 18-month Employee Benefits Career Track Program designed for recent graduates to build a career in client service and employee benefits. You’ll gain hands-on experience, work with account teams, and learn how benefits programs are managed day-to-day.

You’ll participate in mentorship, network with professionals, and engage in USI Gives Back initiatives, with structured training totaling 1,300+ hours and a focus on practical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree earned within the last two years.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of employee benefits account management.
• Assist with client service requests and plan documentation.
• Gather and organize client census data for renewal processes.
• Review contracts and plan documents for accuracy.
• Help resolve enrollment issues, billing inquiries, and escalated claims.
• Coordinate applications, forms, and documentation to implement coverage.
• Create client-facing materials for meetings and presentations.
• Participate in meetings to learn relationship-building and solution delivery.
