Job summary

You’ll work with HR, Benefits Managers, senior leaders, and colleagues, participate in mentorship, and contribute to client meetings while developing skills in enrollment, plan documents, and renewal

• Earned a bachelor’s degree within the past two years.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience supporting all aspects of employee benefits account management.
• Support day-to-day account management activities across varied clients.
• Assist with client service requests (ID cards, coverage materials, plan documents).
• Gather and maintain client census data to support renewals.
• Review contracts and plan documents for accuracy.
• Help resolve enrollment issues, billing inquiries, and escalated claims.
