Job summary

USI Insurance Services offers an 18-month Employee Benefits Career Track Program for recent graduates to build a career in client service and employee benefits. You’ll gain hands-on experience supporting account teams, assisting with client needs, and learning how employee benefit programs are managed day-to-day.

Throughout the program, you’ll work with experienced professionals, participate in mentorship, and engage in networking and community initiatives, including USI Gives Back.

Qualifications

• Earned a bachelor’s degree within the past two years and shown ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Organized and able to manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication; collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience supporting employee benefits account management across diverse clients.
• Support day-to-day account activities including client service requests and plan materials.
• Assist with enrollment, billing inquiries, and claims resolution with the team.
• Gather and maintain client census data to support renewal processes.
