Job summary

USI Insurance Services is launching an 18-month Employee Benefits Career Track Program in Wichita. Recent graduates will support account teams, assist with client needs, and learn how employee benefit programs are managed daily.

You'll work with HR, Benefits Managers, and senior leaders, participate in a mentorship program, and engage in networking and community initiatives through USI Gives Back. The program provides structured training hours and hands-on experience.

Qualifications

• Earned a bachelor’s degree within the past two years.
• Interest in client service and employee benefits.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and deadline-driven.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience supporting employee benefits account management.
• Assist with client service requests and plan documentation.
• Gather and maintain client census data to support renewals.
• Review contracts and plan documents for accuracy.
• Help resolve enrollment issues, billing inquiries, and escalated claims.
• Coordinate applications, forms, and documentation for coverage updates.
• Create client-facing materials for meetings and presentations.
• Participate in internal and external client meetings to learn relationships and solutions.
