Job summary

USI Insurance Services is seeking recent graduates for an 18-month Employee Benefits Career Track Program in Seattle. You’ll gain hands-on experience supporting account teams, handling client requests, and learning how employee benefits are managed day-to-day.

The program includes mentorship, cross-functional exposure, and opportunities to participate in networking and USI Gives Back community initiatives. Eligible for a bonus at completion.

• Earned a bachelor’s degree within the past two years.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience supporting all aspects of employee benefits account management.
• Support day-to-day account management activities across clients and industries.
• Assist with client service requests, including ID cards and plan documents.
• Gather, organize, and maintain client census data to support renewals.
• Review contracts and plan documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Help resolve enrollment issues, billing inquiries, and escalated claims.
• Coordinate applications, forms, and documentation to implement coverage.
• Create client-facing materials for meetings, including benefit summaries and guides.
