Job summary

USI Insurance Services is offering an 18-month Employee Benefits Career Track Program designed for recent graduates pursuing a career in client service and employee benefits. You will gain hands-on experience supporting account teams, assisting client needs, and learning how employee benefit programs are managed day-to-day.

Throughout the program you’ll work with mentors, participate in structured training, and build connections with peers and leaders across the organization, including

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree completed within the last two years.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of employee benefits account management across diverse clients and industries.
• Assist with day-to-day account management activities and client service requests.
• Gather, organize, and maintain client census data for renewals.
• Review insurance contracts and plan documents for accuracy.
• Help resolve enrollment issues and billing inquiries with the team.
• Coordinate applications, forms, and documentation for coverage changes.
• Create client-facing materials for meetings, including benefit summaries and guides.
• Participate in client meetings to learn relationship-building and solution delivery.
