Job summary

HUB International is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Executive in Casper, WY. You will manage client relationships, design benefit programs, negotiate coverage terms, and coordinate with carriers and HUB colleagues to deliver comprehensive service throughout the policy lifecycle.

You will lead strategic account planning, review renewals, and provide expert guidance in risk management and benefits strategy, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of applicable Employee Benefits experience.
• Experience with influencing executives within an organization.
• High school diploma or equivalency; Four-year college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all service aspects of assigned accounts, ensuring accuracy and responsiveness to client needs.
• Maintain all client records and positive carrier relationships; inform and educate about coverage and exposures.
• Prepare proposals, renewal analyses and deliver stewardship reports to support client strategy.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver HUB’s value proposition and ensure client satisfaction.
