Job summary

HUB International is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manager in the United States to oversee day-to-day program oversight, client advocacy, and systems management for health and welfare programs. You will act as a liaison between clients and insurance carriers, supporting renewal, enrollment, and billing processes.

The role emphasizes building strong client relationships, understanding client objectives, and delivering effective benefits solutions while collaborating with producers and HUB

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of benefit insurance related experience (brokage preferred) or equivalent.
• Life & Health License or willingness to obtain within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Manages all aspects of the account-service process.
• Works with Producers and HUB personnel on client service, marketing, and renewal.
• Analyzes and compares insurance plans to determine suitability.
• Establishes and maintains strong client relationships with clients and carriers.
• Serves as day-to-day contact for eligibility, claims, billing, and benefits inquiries.
• Maintains accurate account files and updates HUB systems; ensures data accuracy.
• Keeps up with insurance industry changes and advises clients accordingly.
• Prepare annual enrollment updates and related documentation.
• Lead implementation of new/renewal plans and programs.
