Job summary

HUB International in the United States seeks an Account Manager, Employee Benefits, to provide day-to-day program oversight, client advocacy, and benefits administration.

You will collaborate with Producers and HUB colleagues on client service, renewal processes, plan analyses, and carrier communications, while upholding HUB's best practices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; college degree preferred; 3–5 years of benefit insurance experience (brokerage preferred) or equivalent combination of education & experience.
• Life & Health License or willingness to obtain within 3 months.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the account-service process.
• Collaborate with Producers and HUB personnel on client service, marketing, and renewal activities.
• Analyze and compare insurance plans to determine suitability for clients.
• Maintain strong client relationships and serve as liaison with carriers for day-to-day inquiries.
• Prepare quotes and proposals; assist with billing issues and data updates in systems.
