Job summary

HUB International in Cheyenne, WY seeks an experienced Account Manager to develop and expand the agency's internal capabilities in benefits administration and HRIS technology for clients. The role focuses on implementing Employee Navigator, renewing processes, and ensuring scalable delivery.

You will train users, demo systems to clients, and support voluntary benefits sales while adhering to HUB Broker Standards and driving client value.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of account management in the employee benefits arena.
• Client facing experience required.
• State Life & Health license or ability to obtain within 120 days.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain implementation and renewal processes for scalable services.
• Maintain knowledge of Employee Navigator and its capabilities.
• Demo the Employee Navigator system to clients and prospects.
• Train employers and service teams to effectively use the system.
• Assist sales and service teams in selling and implementing voluntary benefits.
• Oversee ACA reporting for clients using Employee Navigator.
