Job summary

HUB International is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manager to provide critical support for health and welfare programs, advocate for clients, and manage systems and processes. You’ll lead client communications, coordinate with producers, and ensure accurate data across HUB platforms.

You will analyze plans, prepare enrollment materials, and help implement new and renewal plans while staying current with industry changes and regulations.

Qualifications

• Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing with internal and external customers.
• Experience presenting information to groups of managers and clients.
• Desire to learn and grow within the insurance industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the account-service process.
• Collaborate with Producers and HUB staff on client service, marketing and renewal activities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and serve as primary contact for day-to-day inquiries.
