Job summary

HUB International is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manager to service and maintain client accounts, support renewals, and coordinate cross-functional efforts with Producers and the client team. You will ensure timely processing, accurate documentation, and strong client satisfaction.

In this role, you’ll be the main liaison with carriers, manage enrollment efforts, and identify cross-sell opportunities while staying up to date on industry changes.

Qualifications

• Strong written and oral communication skills required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to utilize and be proficient in broker management systems.
• Strong organizational, problem solving and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as day-to-day contact for clients, responding promptly to inquiries.
• Support Account Executive in renewal processes and reporting.
• Coordinate client work across the account team and manage documentation with carriers.
