Job summary

HUB International is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Executive to manage assigned client relationships, oversee service delivery, and coordinate with Producers/Sales Executives on renewals and cross-sell opportunities. This onsite role covers multiple Wyoming locations including Casper, Buffalo, Jackson Hole, Evanston and in Idaho.

You’ll be the primary consultant for clients, ensuring accuracy and proactive communications.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of Employee Benefits experience
• Experience influencing executives within an organization
• High school diploma or equivalency; Four-year college degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all service aspects of assigned accounts, ensuring accuracy and responsiveness to client needs
• Maintain all client records and carrier relationships
• Prepare renewal materials and coordinate with Producers/Sales Executives for client meetings
• Assist with claims, coverage changes and loss control recommendations
• Own and grow relationships with key clients and cross-sell HUB products
