Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Possess computer skills to print documents and enter information about residents.
• Active; able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background cleared.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL).
• Create human connection with residents during vulnerable moments.
• Promote an inclusive and positive environment through team and community involvement.
