Job summary

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Care Partner for the St. Charles, MO location. This part-time role includes evening shifts from 7:00pm to 7:00am, supporting residents with daily activities and personal care to enhance quality of life.

You will foster an empathetic environment, assist with ADLs, and contribute to a team that values residents, growth, and internal promotion. Strong English communication and a positive attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with Residents
• Positive and energetic attitude toward Residents
• Able to use a computer to print documents and enter information
• Active workload requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping
• Ability to lift/move items up to 50 pounds
• Assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and post-fall support
• Criminal background check clearance

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care
• Create an empathetic, inclusive environment and build strong connections with residents
• Engage in ongoing development, growth, and training within the organization
