Arrow Senior Living in Saint Charles, MO is seeking a Memory Care Aide to support residents in the 3p-11p shift. The position is full-time with a wage range of $18-$24 per hour, offering a stable evening schedule (Tuesday through Saturday, 3:00pm–11:00pm).

Responsibilities include creating empathetic connections, observing residents to tailor activities, and assisting with daily living, while also documenting changes and supporting memory care team orientation.

Formación

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.

Responsabilidades

• Advocate empathy and create human connections with residents during vulnerable moments.
• Observe residents to understand interests, abilities, and what makes each resident unique; collaborate on engagement plans.
• Set up environments and scenes to support daily activities (mise en scène) and guide residents through routines.
• Partner with residents to support daily living from wake to sleep.
• Document resident care and changes in condition accurately.
• Assist orientation of memory care team members.
