Seven Starling is seeking a Part-Time Intake Coordinator to help prospective patients enter care through a free consultation call. You will report to the Intake and Engagement Manager and bring empathy and efficiency to high-volume patient interactions.

The role requires strong communication skills, HIPAA awareness, and proficiency with CRM systems like Hubspot. It offers part-time hours with set shifts in a mission-driven behavioral health startup.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required; healthcare admin coursework a plus.
• 2+ years in healthcare customer service or patient engagement.
• Experience with HIPAA and patient privacy practices.
• Proven ability to manage high call volume with empathy and professionalism.

• Conduct 25-minute phone consultations with prospective patients.
• Assist patients with intake form completion during calls.
• Maintain accurate records in Hubspot CRM and ensure privacy compliance.
