Job summary

Seven Starling is seeking a Part-Time Intake Coordinator to support prospective patients from the free consultation call through enrollment in our care model. This high-impact role reports to the Intake and Engagement Manager and emphasizes empathy, accuracy, and privacy.

You will conduct 25-minute phone consultations, help with intake forms, keep precise records in HubSpot, monitor KPIs, and engage in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare customer service or patient engagement.
• Direct patient experience in behavioral health care.
• Proficiency in healthcare software and CRM systems; HIPAA knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 25 minute phone consultations with prospective patients.
• Assist patients with intake form completion on the consultation call.
• Maintain accurate patient records in HubSpot CRM.
• Monitor conversion rates and other KPIs.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.
