Seven Starling is hiring a Full Time Intake and Engagement Coordinator to support prospective patients into care via our free consultation call. You’ll report to the Intake and Engagement Manager and play a pivotal role in converting leads through empathetic outreach.

The role requires experience in healthcare customer service, strong communication, and a patient-first mindset with adherence to privacy standards.

Qualifications

• Direct patient experience in behavioral health care.
• Experience in healthcare customer service or patient engagement.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 25-minute phone consultations with prospective patients.
• Manage intake phone and text lines with outbound calls.
• Assist patients with intake form completion.
• Maintain accurate patient records in Hubspot.
• Monitor KPIs such as conversion rates.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.
