Job summary

Seven Starling is seeking a Part-Time Intake Coordinator to support prospective patients through our free consultation and into care within a behavioral health setting. This role reports to the Intake and Engagement Manager and requires empathy, strong communication, and precise data handling in Hubspot CRM.

Responsibilities include conducting 25-minute phone consultations, assisting with intake forms, maintaining accurate patient records, monitoring conversion KPIs, and participating in ongoing

Qualifications

Direct patient care experience in behavioral health or related field.
Experience in high call volume patient interactions.
Admissions, intake or consultative sales with KPI metrics.
Strong ability to balance empathetic support with professional boundaries.

Responsibilities

Conduct 25 minute phone consultations with prospective patients.
Assist patients with intake form completion on the consultation call.
Maintain accurate patient records in the CRM, Hubspot.
Monitor conversion rates and other KPIs.
Participate in ongoing training and development.
