The Kroger Co. is seeking an experienced Store Manager in White House, TN, to oversee store operations, merchandising initiatives, and associate development. You will lead teams, drive sales, ensure excellent customer service, and manage budgets within a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience as department manager or equivalent.
• Experience coaching and developing associates to meet goals.
• Experience using KPIs/metrics to drive decisions.

Responsabilités

• Support store manager and associates in delivering a favorable customer shopping experience.
• Lead teams in planning, implementing and executing merchandising and operating initiatives.
• Communicate action plans to associates based on survey results and data insights.
• Identify store opportunities with department heads and develop timely solutions.
• Model superior customer service and address associate/customer concerns.
• Assist in staffing and maintaining labor budgets and schedules.
• Drive sales and profits by maximizing department performance and reducing shrink.
• Participate in budget discussions and financial performance reviews with the team.
